Tess Ringelstein Ramsey, 78, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015. Vistiation will be noon-2 p.m. Friday at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with burial to follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
