Mr. Terry Preston Atchley, age 61, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 at MMCN.
Mr. Atchley was born on November 28, 1959, in Marshall County, Alabama to Robert E. Atchley and Nellie Dixie Sutton Atchley. Mr. Atchley called Union Grove home all his life. He loved to preach and he loved to sing.
Mr. Atchley leaves behind to celebrate his legacy; brothers, Audie Atchley (Tracie), Heath Atchley (Kristina), Robert Shane Atchley (Libby); sisters, Ponece Talley (Tony), Rita Guffey (Billy), Holley Atchley; special family, Haley Breedwell Strickland (Mark), Doris and Bobby Breedwell, Matthew Breedwell, Billy Breedwell, Billy G. Kelley, Amiyah and Maryah Strickland.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Atchley is preceded in death by brothers, Mitchell Atchley, Robert F. Atchley; special family, Barbara Kelley.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 23, 2021 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Bro. Tommy Fox officiating.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
Pallbearers assisting Mr. Atchley to his final resting place will be Billy Breedwell, Matthew Breedwell, Mark Strickland, Tony Talley.
