Terry O’Neal Puckett, 69, died Dec. 31, 2016. Funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. He was the husband of Reneese Puckett.
