Mr. Terry Dewayne Kelley was born December 26, 1960 in Waynesboro, TN to his parents the late Mr. Roy Kelley and Mrs. Shirley Staggs Kelley. Mr. Kelley spent his childhood in the Waynesboro area and in his adult years he would meet and marry his wife Mrs. Phyllis Jeanette Risner Kelley and the two would remain married until her passing on April 25, 2018. He was a hard worker, working for Clayton Mobile Homes in Savannah, TN and working as a Sawmill Operator. He was of the Christian faith and in his leisure time he enjoyed fishing and in his younger days, playing pool with his friends. Mr. Terry Dewayne Kelley passed from this life on January 05, 2026 at his home in Olive Hill, TN making his stay on this earth some 65 years.
Those left to honor his memory include his son Jonathan Kelley of Olive Hill, TN; daughters Jenny Davis of Crump, TN and Emily Kelley of Adamsville, TN; brother Michael Kelley of Pensacola; grandchildren Breanna Davis and Brayden Davis both of Crump, TN as well as a grandson yet to be born; as well as many other family members, friends and loved ones.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Kathy Jean Kelley Jones Sherrills; brothers Randy Kelley and Wade Frazier; step-father Sonny Frazier
Funeral Services will be held Thursday January 08, 2026 at 1:00 pm with Greg Eaton officiating.
Visitation will begin Thursday January 08, 2026 at 10:00 am till 1:00 pm all at the Bates-Love Funeral and Cremation, LLC in Waynesboro, TN.
