Mr. Cook passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at Cullman Regional. He was born November 14, 1954, to Albert and Julia “Yank” Cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Julia “Yank” Cook; wife, Ann Cook; and several siblings.
Survivors include his daughter, Gina (Terry) Watwood; grandchildren, Felicia (Dalton) Phillips, Derrick (Brittany) Prince, and Emi Watson; great-grandchildren, Evelyn Phillips, Mavis Caroline Phillips, and Lillian Prince; significant other, Sherree Sellers; his extended family, Justin Nunnelley, Mason Chance, and Ronald Nunnelley; and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
