“Terri” Theresa Mae Smith, 77 of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Madison Hospital. Mrs. Smith was born April 14, 1943 to Lester William Nelson and Betty Eileen Carl in Zanesville, Ohio.
A resident of Campbellsville, KY for over 40 years. Mrs. Smith moved to Athens, Alabama in 2009, where she became a member of Friendship United Methodist Church.
Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley Smith; son, Chip Bright (Taryn); daughter, Ann Wyatt (Bradley); 6 grandchildren.
