Terri Renee Childers, age 53, Hamilton, AL. formerly of Haleyville, AL., passed away June 29, 2026.
Her visitation will be Sunday July 5, 2026 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service 2:00PM in the chapel, with William Foster Woods and Deric Rae officiating. Burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Noah Phillips; mother and stepfather, Beckie and Bill Frye; sister and brother in law, Tracy and Michael Robbins; niece, Paige Cagle and Dustin Parrish; nephew, Will and Lucy Woods; great nephews, Bentley and Gabriel; step sister, Lisa and John Crump; great aunts and uncles, Judy Smith, Arnold and Betty Phillips; cousins, Jennifer Craig, Brandy Antwine, Robert Tidwell, Jeremy Tidwell and Lisa Phillips Hatley; a very dear friends, Angie Gable and Sharon Bannister.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim Foster and Esther Foster Stults; uncle and aunt, Jimmy and Sharon Foster; uncles, Rodney Foster, Wayne Tidwell and Horace Phillips; half-sister, Melanie Phillips; cousin Arnie Phillips.
Renee was an example to follow. She was loving and kind to everyone. She helped everyone and never turned her back on anyone. Renee is loved by everyone who knows her, she is truly one of kind.
