Terri Anita Irwin, age 55 of Hazel Green passed away December 27, 2020.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Simchack; daughter, Carrie Sanders; son, Nicholas Sanders; mother, Carrie Iness; daughter-in-law, Michelle Dunson; two granddaughters, Anika and Amiya Sylvester; two sisters, Lexie Katsarakis and Tina Cutrer and life partner Barbara Cutrer; three brothers, Ricky Fowler, Wes Warren, and Joe Duffel and wife Carrie; five nephews; two nieces; four great-nephews; four great-nieces; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by a sister Paula Warren.
There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home.
