Mr. Fulks was a native of Lawrence County, TN, and of the Church of Christ faith. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Harry Green officiating. Burial to follow in Odem’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Survivors include: 1 Brother- David Fulks of Loretto, TN; 2 Nieces; Several Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins. A special thank you to IOI Staff and Caris of Columbia.
