Teresa “Terry” Lynn Grisham was born September 3, 1964, and lost her battle with lung cancer on May 1, 2018. Teresa put up a courageous battle, determined to get well.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 5th at 1 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home with Wayne Woods officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
She leaves three sons, Bo, Andrew and Zach Smith; stepchildren, Chad and Nikki; mother, Pat (Bill) Wright; father, Larry (Wanda) Carpenter; brother, Ronnie (Sherry) Carpenter; grandmothers, Glenis Carpenter and Lucille Smith; granddaughter, Caroline, whom she adored and missed spending time with; close friends and special friend J.P.; and a support group of aunts, uncles, whom she dearly loved.
Terry loved working in the yard and could make anything grow. She loved life, working hard all of her life. She worked as a legal secretary for LeMaster, Smith and Malone, who were like family, Lexington Fabrics, and was self-employed as a remodeler. She will be remembered with love.
In lieu of flowers, any help for expenses incurred while in treatment can be given to her mother, Pat Wright, and will be greatly appreciated.
