Teresa Jean Shelley 63 of Huntsville passed away Tuesday September the 6th at her home after battling kidney disease for many years.
Teresa graduated from Lee High School and Calhoun College with a RN degree. She was the director of nursing for several nursing homes in the area. She had a passion for caring for others and loved people. She loved Alabama football, traveling and especially the beach.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Myra Shelley and her brother Steve Shelley.
She is survived by her special friend Beth Hand , her brother Gerald Shelley, her sisters Melody Bridges and Carol Cooper and several nieces and nephews. Teresa had two dachshund dogs that she cherished, Hansel and Gretel.
There will be a private service on Saturday.
