Funeral services for Teresa Fugitt, 56, of Rienzi, MS are set for Friday, January 5, 2024 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – EAST with interment in Agape Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 5pm-8pm and Friday, January 5, 2024 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home, EAST. Bro. Randy Isbell and Bro. Gary Isbell will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Bowen, Scotty Kyle, Ronnie Kiddy, Dustin Jones, Tyler Steen, Brandon Credille, Cody Comer and Barry Thacker. Born September 30, 1967 in Corinth, MS., Teresa passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at her home. She was a retired factory worker and of the Christain faith. Teresa loved spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping and spending time at the river. She was an avid bowler. Teresa is survived by her husband of 23 years, Brad Fugitt; mother, Kathy Wigginton; sons, James Mercer (Wendy) and Justin Mercer; daughters, Rachel Culwell and Jessica Voyles; stepdaughter, Brailey Fugitt; 11 grandchildren, Sallie Mercer, Paige Mercer, Cheyenne Mercer, Cameron Moses, Levi Mercer, Hunter Wright, Avery Wright, Kaylee Wright, Ricky Voyles, Angel Voyles and Jacob Voyles; great grandchildren, Jaxon Wright and Blakelynn Voyles; sisters, Melissa Raper (Kenny) and April Powers (Chris); her best friend, Tina Butler; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, James Joslin. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Teresa Fugitt.
