Teresa Diane Clark Jordan Teresa Diane Clark Jordan, born in New Orleans on 05.14.1969, passed peacefully and gained her wings on 08.11.2024 at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville. Teresa was best known for her selflessness, fun-loving spirit and making the best out of all situations in her life. She was adopted at birth at Methodist Home Hospital in New Orleans and loved by her Momma, Barbara Eden Clark and Daddy, Egbert “Ed” Clark, Jr and raised in Huntsville, Alabama with her two sisters, Tammy and Tracie.

As an adult, she spent most of her life in the Hartselle, Alabama area where she raised three wonderful children and enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren. Teresa enjoyed outdoor activities, traveling, spending time with her family, Alabama and Saints football, and cooking. She always kept New Orleans in her heart and always enjoyed being able to travel back to her birth city whenever she got the chance. Even with the great life she lived and those she loved; she still felt the need to find her roots. In late 2022, Teresa was able to access her original birth certificate and with DNA testing found her birth family. She was able to find the missing piece she had looked for all the years of her life and gained more family with her birth mother, Pam Charbonnet-Norred and her sister, Rhonda Pembo. She left as a great Mother, sister, aunt, daughter, friend, and Gigi to all her grandchildren.

With Teresa’s wings, she was able to reconnect in heaven with her dad, Ed, Grandmother; Edith, and grandbaby; Simon. Teresa has three sons by birth but claimed all their wives as children and loved them as her own. She is also survived by two sisters and their husbands whom she has always considered brothers. She also had many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that she considered family.
Survivors include:

Eric Jordan (son), Emily Jordan (daughter), Dustin Jordan (son), Molly Freeman (daughter), Anthony Jordan (son), Carly Jordan (daughter), Norah Jordan (granddaughter), Quinn Jordan (granddaughter), Cadence Jordan (granddaughter), Meredith Jordan (granddaughter), Jack Jordan (grandson), Saylor Jordan (granddaughter), Silas Jordan (grandson), Keelie Bennett (granddaughter), Rowyn Bennett (granddaughter), Tammy Dawn Clark (sister), Michael VanConant (brother), Tracie Clark Morgan (sister), Whitson Morgan (brother), Hampton Morgan (nephew), Emily Morgan (niece), Haley Morgan (niece), Hannah Morgan (niece), Destinee Bennett (daughter), Skylar Bennett (son) and Kenneth Tanner (significant other).
