Teresa Ann Nickel, 64, of Madison, passed away Tuesday, May 18.
She is survived by her children, Brad Lovell (Kacy) and Ashley Ann Lovell; grandchildren, Riley, Kade, Kelsie, and Kye; and her brother, Sam Reavis.
The family will be Receiving Friends on Thursday, May 20 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home.
