Teddy Gene Hanna was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 9, 1938 the son of the late Teddy Roosevelt and Thelma Katie Powell Hanna.
Teddy lived in Hardin County all of his life in the Hinkle area. He was a school bus driver for Hardin County for 53 years and also was a self employed logger. Teddy was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church. In his spare time he enjoyed bird hunting and loafing around the cafe with all his friends. Teddy’s greatest love was spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He departed this life on Saturday, October 10, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 82 years, 2 months and 1 day.
Teddy is survived by his children, Janet Mooney and her husband Danny of Saltillo, Tennessee, Donna Glidewell and Brent Hanna, both of Adamsville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Daniel Mooney and his wife Missy, Gillis Glidewell and his wife Allison, Jada Clark and her husband J. T., and Garth Glidewell and his wife Kelsey;10 great grandchildren and the mother of his children, Ann Hanna of Sardis, Tennessee.
