Tangela A. Randolph Russell, 33, of Athens, died March 28, 2013. Funeral will be noon, Tuesday at United Pentecostal Jubilee House of Prayer in Decatur and burial in Sterrs Cemetery. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral with Reynolds Funeral Home directing.
