Funeral service for Tammy Lynnette Loper Brown, age 57, of Decatur, will be Friday, July 5, 2019, 2:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Agee officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Brown, who died Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born January 15, 1962, in Butler, AL to George Loper and Rose Marie Hartsfield Loper.
She is survived by her loving husband, Joe Edward Brown of Decatur; one son, Caleb Jordan Brown (Erica) of Moulton; two daughters, Stephanie Lynn Todd (David) of Priceville, and Brittney Rose Cardwell (Josh) of Hartselle; her parents, George and Rose Marie Loper of Decatur; one brother, Allen Loper (Katrina) of Tuscaloosa; three sisters, Karen Loper Randall (Jim Allen) of Birmingham, Dale Loper Carlisle (Gary) of Madison, and Cheryl Loper Cowart (Carey) of Decatur; six grandchildren, Emma Grace Brown, Evie Louise Todd, Bennett Cain Cardwell, Penelope Rose Cardwell, Avigayil Jane Brown, and Trinity Lenora Brown; and several nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers will be family.
