Tami Turner Lindsey, 55, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born October 29, 1963, to Gerald and Sarah Hill Turner. She was a member of Center Star Independent Methodist Church in Mantachie. She was secretary at Lindsey Cabinets for many years. She loved her family and treasured her friends.
Services will be at 11:00 a. m. Saturday, March 30, at the Center Star Independent Methodist Church with Bro. E.T. Turner officiating. Burial will be in the Center Star Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Randy Lindsey; one daughter, Kaitlin Barnes (Brad) of Smithville; two grandsons, Tripp and Tryson; her mother, Sarah Turner of Mantachie; two brothers, Garry Turner (Angie) of Gurley, AL, and Eddie Turner (Gayla) of the Lost Quarters community; two brothers–in-law, Ricky Lindsey of Kirkville and Rocky Lindsey (Teresa) of Mantachie; two sisters-in-law, Rhonda McCarley (Rodger) of Kirkville and Regina Logan (Scott) of Statham, GA; a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Elvin and Lula Turner, and Cordie Lee and Iva Lee Hill; and her father.
Pallbearers will be Danny Waddle, Ronald Wesson, Rick Windham, Donnie Jones, David Brown, Tyler Reed Windham, Cory Lindsey, and Dare Cooley.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 29, and from 9:30 a. m. until service time Saturday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Center Star Independent Methodist Church Youth group.
