Mr. Roberts was a native of Lawrence County, TN, an United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, retired from Murray Ohio, a Baptist Preacher, and a member of Center Point Baptist Church. Survivors include: Wife- Mildred Wheely Roberts of Leoma, TN; Son- David Roberts & wife Sharon of Leoma, TN; Daughter- Anita Price of Leoma, TN; Brother- Auvin Roberts of Lawrenceburg, TN; 4 Grandchildren- Gloria Price; Wesley & Micah Roberts; Blake Mashburn; Several Nieces & Nephews; Preceded in death by: Parents- John & Molly Roberts; Infant Daughter; 5 Brothers; 4 Sisters; The funeral service will be officiated by Arnold Brown & James Shutt. Burial to follow in Union Hill Cemetery. Mr. Roberts will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations may be made to the Gideons International.
