Tabatha passed away August 29th, 2020 at Cullman Regional Hospital.
Cullman Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
She is preceded in death by her father, Donnie Lamar Randolph.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Henry Bishop; brother, Dewey Bishop; step-brother, Jimmy Bishop; nephew, Gaven Ledlow; several aunts, uncles and family.
