MUSCLE SHOALS-The 19th Annual Swampers 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk is this Saturday (April 29th) in Muscle Shoals. 5K(3.1 miles) starts at 8:00 and 1 Mile starts at 9:10. Location is Muscle Shoals Middle School Gym, 100 Trojan Drive, Muscle Shoals, AL. The race has been chosen as the 2023 RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) 5K Southern Region Championship. Online registration will stay open until Friday night at www.swampers5k.com
All registered runners receive a t-shirt and we have youth sizes available. All 5K finsihers and kids 12 and under in the 1 Mile receive a finishers medal.
We are currently at 650 registered runners, we would love to get to 750 runners. REGISTER HERE
