HAZEL GREEN-The Madison County Sheriff’s Department released a statement concerning the murder that took place on Friday, February 24 that has resulted in one person dead and a suspect in custody:
“A murder investigation took place on Friday, February, 24 in the 100 block of Sublimity Court in the Hazel Green community. One person is dead as a result of gunfire. One person is in custody at this time. There is no threat to the community as a result of this incident. Sheriff’s investigators and CSI are on the scene processing the scene and talking with witnesses.
MCSO investigators have arrested and charged Gavin Victor Boesch with Murder. The offender was booked into the Madison County Detention Facility with no bond. (Aniah’s Law)
