Susie Bailey Carnes of Brantley AL and Huntsville AL, passed away early on Thursday morning, November 9, 2017.
She is Preceded in Death by her parents: M.C and Carrie Wilson Bailey. Her husband, Horace Travis (Jake) Carnes. Sisters: Elizabeth Wells and Nellie Cook & Brothers: Jack Bailey and John Bailey.
She is Survived by a Daughter, Donna Rose Carnes (Jeffrey) Evans; Grandchildren: Travis Jeffrey (Melanie) Evans, Sarah Nicole Evans. Sisters In Law: LaRue Kelsoe and Ina Ruth Wallace. Numerous Neices and Nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sat., Nov. 11, 2017, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home and then on Mon., Nov. 13, 2017, 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Brantley Baptist Church, Brantley AL, with the service to follow. The service will be officiated by Bro. Travis Johnson. Burial will be at Brantley Cemetery, with Bro. Wesley Hatcher officiating.
The Service will be directed by Turner Funeral Home of Luverne AL.
