Graveside service for Susan Penn Tunstill, 51, of Hartselle will be Saturday, August 31, 2013, at 11 a.m. at McKendree Cemetery with Matthew Tunstill officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Tunstill, who died on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children, was born January 23, 1962, in Morgan County to John Penn and Frances Vaughn Penn. She was formerly an owner operator of Johnny’s Hamburgers. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Susan Nicole Tunstill.
Survivors include one son, Matthew Tunstill (Heather) of California; two sisters, Jackie Penn of Hartselle and Teresa Leaphart (Tim) of Madison; two grandchildren, Aleeshia Tunstill and Pete Tunstill; niece, Michelle Shaunce; nephew, Michael Leaphart; a host of great-nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
