Susan M. Stevens, 38, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday at home. She is survived by her parents, Michael and Linda Stevens; brother, Michael Stevens and wife, Kristy; and grandmother, Thelma L. Warden.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Howell Church of Christ in Fayetteville, with Don Hudson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MS Society, Diabetes, ASPCA, Humane Society or Howell Church of Christ.
