Sue Earley Clemons, 89, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026. She was born and raised outside of Birmingham. In 1960, she and her husband, Buster, moved to Huntsville to start a family.
After raising her children, she started a career where she worked her way up to retire at age 75, from PEO Aviation as a Security Specialist. Sue enjoyed playing tennis and bridge.
Survivors include her daughter, Joy Hall (Kevin); sons, Douglas Clemons (Dianne) and Jay Clemons; one grandson, Taylor Clemons (Jessica); one great-granddaughter; sister, Linda Wren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Valhalla Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama.
