Steven Lee Haynes, of Athens, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016. Mr. Haynes was born in Decatur Alabama on February 26, 1959.
Mr. Haynes is survived by his parents, Lee and Patricia Udene Haynes of Athens ; two sons, Andrew Haynes and Joshua Haynes of Madison ; one daughter, Heather Haynes of Madison ; three sisters Lynnese Schrimsher (Phillip) of Toney, Rochelle Haynes (Edsel) of Madison, LaDonna McCafferty of Harvest and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and Military Friends.
Mr. Haynes was a faithful member of Freedom Worship Center. He was an active military member of 152 Military Police Company, and he was a Veteran of the war in Iraq.
The service for Mr. Haynes will be Monday, June 6, 2016 at 11:00 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Phillip Schrimsher officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:45 on Monday, June 6, 2016. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
