Memorial service for Steven Delane Smith, 56, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, August 11th, 2022 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Wade Maynard officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Smith passed away July 31st, 2022. He was born November 29, 1965 to J.D. & Wanda Sue Hood Smith. Steve loved all sports. He played football at West Point High School. After high school he attended R.E.T.S. technical school and pursued a career in electronic technology.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roxie & Bannie Smith and Oscar & Elsie Parker Hood.
Survivors include his parents, J.D. & Wanda Smith; son, Derrick Smith of Evansville, IN; daughters, Alannah Reibel of Indianapolis, IN, Alyssa Smith of Indianapolis IN; sister, Sharon Aldijaili; grandchildren, Josalyn Blackmon, Emily Lawson; aunts and uncles, Andy & Joyce Hoenig, Donald & Linda Hood, Roxie & Gary Graham, James Smith, Vonda McGriff; niece, Christine Aldijaili; and a host of cousins, family and friends.
