Steven A. Koonce, 67, of Ripley passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at his residence.
Mr. Koonce was a retired civil engineer technician for the USDA. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Ripley, Ripley Masonic Lodge #630, a 32° Mason, and the Al Chymia Shrine and an Eagle Scout.
He is survived by his wife Janice Craig of Ripley and his mother, Margaret Ann Thornburg and step-father ,Clarence Thornburg of Summerville, South Carolina. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Michael Koonce and his father, John Paul Koonce.
Any memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or a charity of one’s choice.
