Stephen is survived by his wife, Patricia “Trish” Foster; son, James T. Farr; brother, Carlton “Butch” Foster (Gayle); sisters, Pamela Foster and Jennifer McNeil (Bryan); grandchildren, Zachary Farr, Haley Curtner, and Emma Farr; great-grandson, Grayson Curnter; and several nieces and nephews.
