Stephen A. Harkins, 89, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Florence. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with a graveside service at 3 p.m. in Roselawn Cemetery, Decatur. Spry-Williams Funeral Home is directing. He was the husband of Ruth Williams Harkins.
