Stella Lee Stricklin Prater, 85, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Shackelford’s Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee. The funeral will be 1 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Clifton Cemetery. She was the wife of the late Tennie Griffin Prater.
