Stella Jane Ferrell, 84, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama.
She was born on Monday, September 30, 1940, in Los Angeles, California to the late Mr. Theodore Martin Harms and Mrs. Beverly Margaret Hoenstine Harms.
She was of the Christian Faith. She was involved with the Humane Society and ASPCA, Stella found her passion doing charity work. Mrs. Ferrell enjoyed spending her free time cooking as well as spending time outdoors in the garden.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 40 years, Earl Ferrell, one grandson; Garrett Robinson, two brothers, one sister, as well as three sons-in-law.
She is survived by one son; Lee (Paula) Ferrell, four daughters; Susan (Danny) Howell, Earlene Busby, Mary (Jeff) Robinson, and Rebecca Ferrell, eleven Grandchildren, as well as nine Great-Grandchildren.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
