Funeral services for Ms. Starr Amelia McCorkle, age 76, will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, July 1, 2021 in the Church at Sugar Creek. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Medina. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 AM until service time at the church.
Ms. McCorkle, a former bartender and member of the Church at Sugar Creek, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at the Dyer Nursing Home.
She is survived by four sons, Jeffrey Henry McCorkle, Charles Joseph McCorkle Jr., Terry Eugene McCorkle and Roy McCorkle; a daughter, Tonya a. McCorkle Gibson Matthew; a brother, Daniel Webster Hall; a half-sister, Becky Ann Crandall Aucon; a half-brother, Paul Crandall; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
