Stanley Barnett, 61 of Athens, passed away on Thursday, June 3rd, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Barnett was born on August 14th, 1959 to Jesse Barnett and Ruth Eldean Moran Barnett.
Mr. Barnett is survived by his wife of 43 years, Melinda Barnett; and daughter Jessica Dawn Barnett.
Preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service for Mr. Barnett will be Saturday, June 12th, at 3:30pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Matthew Taylor officiating. Visitation will be from 2-3:30pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Barnett was a member of the Church of Christ. He loved to go hunting and fishing, and he was Alabama football fan.
