Stacy Renee Thomas – Obituary

Stacy Renee Thomas, age 37, a resident of Columbia, went to be with her Lord and Savior unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 11, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

 

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 3PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in Santa Fe Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8PM and again on Saturday from 2-3PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

 

Born on June 5, 1979 in Maury County, Stacy was the daughter of Gordon Thomas and Doris Roberts Thomas. She was a graduate of Culleoka High School and previously worked in the deli at Piggly Wiggly. Stacy loved life and was in love with her fiancé, Eddie “Wahoo” Ingram. She was of the Baptist faith, and she most especially loved her Heavenly Father. She enjoyed singing karaoke, loved her little dog, Cooper, and spending time with her special niece and nephew, Taryn and Easton.

 

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers: Bradley (Ashley) Thomas; sister: Christy Thomas; fiancé of five years: Eddie Ingram; step daughter: Morgan Ingram; uncles: Hank (Elaine) Roberts, Wesley (Helen) Roberts, Marty (Jan) Roberts, Paul (Judy) Thomas, George (Gina) Thomas, Silas (Sue) Thomas; special aunt: Yolanda “Londie” Roberts; aunts: Ruthalee (Rodgerdale) Graham, Penny (Elbert “Bubba”) Cates; niece: Taryn Thomas; nephew: Easton Thomas; step grandmother: Carolyn Roberts; and numerous cousins.

 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Ann Cates Roberts and Ken & Ruth Thomas.

 

Pallbearers will be: Jeremy Roberts, Roy Roberts, Dennis Scroggins, Austin Grzechowiak, Shannon Graham, and Stevie Dale Graham. Honorary pallbearers will include: Hank Roberts, Wesley Roberts, Marty Roberts, Paul Thomas, George Thomas, Silas Thomas, and Rodgerdale Graham.
