Dr. Sreehari Patibandla was born December 20, 1958 to Jayamma and Satyanarayana Patibandla in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings. He is survived by his wife Lakshmi Patibandla, daughter Sruthi Patibandla (Cole Fitzgerald), son Sravan Patibandla, and dog Ravan. Sreehari was a loving father, devoted husband and cherished friend.

He pursued a medical degree at Guntur Medical College, where he met his lifelong friends, affectionally referred to as the “Boss Gang”. After earning his doctorate, he married Lakshmi in August of 1981. He moved to the United States on February 14, 1984, initially settling in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. While completing a Psychiatry Residency, he celebrated the birth of both of his children in Wisconsin. His family then moved to Peoria, Illinois, where he worked for over twenty-five years for the State of Illinois.

He retired in Tampa, Florida, where he maximized his opportunity to pursue his interests: Cricket, CNBC, Bloomberg, Rummy, walks with friends, and movies. Sreehari lived by the principles of happiness and humanism. He valued education and family. He was selfless, teaching others to live and love as he did. He will be forever remembered.
