The Smoke on the Water Festival is more than just a BBQ cook-off – it’s an event for the entire family! Sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society and the Alabama BBQ Association, this cook-off will determine the very best barbeque from among the entrants. BBQ sampling, live entertainment, Corn Hole competition, vendors, car show, kids zone and more.
The cost is $5 per person with a family maximum of $20. Food and Drink available for purchase. People’s Choice (voting for your favorite BBQ of the festival)—$5 / person all proceeds go to benefit the Shoals Scholar Dollars!
The Festival is a project of the Rotary Club of Florence and the Greater Shoals Rotary Club, benefits Shoals Scholar Dollars, and is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society and the Alabama Barbeque Association.
