ROGERSVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident near Rogersville that has taken the life of a Harvest man:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, February 11, has claimed the life of a Harvest man.
Nain Hernandez, 29, was fatally injured when the 2015 Lexus RC350 he was driving left the roadway and overturned. Hernandez was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on U.S. 72 near the 54 mile marker, approximately one mile west of Rogersville, in Lauderdale County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
