HUNTSVILLE-On Wednesday, Octobers 21 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported a single-vehicle accident that occurred in the morning hours of Tuesday. This accident has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, has claimed the life of a Harvest man.
Steven Kenneth Ronk, 34, was killed when the 2002 Ford-Ranger he was operating left the roadway and struck an embankment. Ronk, who was using his seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred on Baltimore Hill Road near Countess Road, approximately 1 mile east of Huntsville city. Speed is believed to be a contributing factor to the wreck.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
