Single-Vehicle Accident Claims Life Of Hartselle Man

DECATUR-On Friday, October 25 the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported a a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one person:

“A single-vehicle crash at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, October 25, has claimed the life of a Hartselle man. Roy Dale Stutts, 68, was killed when the 2001 GMC Jimmy he was driving left the roadway on Norris Mill road and overturned. Strutts, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash occurred three miles south of Decatur. Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.”
