Shonda Lanee’ Hunt-Sewell, age 43, left the cares and struggles of this life behind to be with her Lord and Savior in her heavenly home, on January 21, 2021. She was born September 6, 1977 in Nashville, TN, the daughter of Terry Hunt and Patricia Sain Hunt. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Hunt, Stepmother, Joyce Hunt and Stepsister, Kimberly Moore. She is survived by father, Terry Hunt, son, Danny Sewell, Jr., daughter, Tiffani Sewell, brother and his wife, Jayme and Amy Hunt, step-brother, Keith Moore, nieces and nephews, Rolley, Haleigh, Alicia, Ryan, Katelynn, and Easton.
Lanee’ was stricken with MS at the age of 28 years old, but she did not let this disease define her life. Lanee’ was a very strong person….stronger than she gave herself credit for being. She was a Christian who had a strong faith in God. She was a loving, cheerful person and very rarely did you ever see a sad look on her face. If she felt herself feeling sad, she would do her best not to show it. She loved everything about the outdoors, especially going camping with her Mom and brother Jayme. She possessed a tremendous love for her Mom and her children and she also loved her Dad, brother, Jayme and the rest of the family dearly. Lanee’ created many memories in the hearts of all she loved. She had a great, big heart and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
