Shoals Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting – Valley Regional Cancer Center

Sheffield, Alabama – Recently the Shoals Chamber of Commerce held a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at The Valley Regional Cancer Center located at 1110 South Jackson Highway.  The event was attended by Shoals Chamber of Commerce members, patients, local dignitaries, Helen Keller Hospital Staff and employees of The Valley Regional Cancer Center.

The guests were welcomed by Steve Holt, President of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Holt then introduced Dr. Stanley D. Clark, M.D., who is Medical Director for the Center.   Dr. Clark is board-certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology, and he brings 30 years of experience in radiation oncology to the Valley Regional Cancer Center.

Youth hunters Ethan Patterson and Cole McGinnis had a successful hunt at the Swan Creek Wildlife Management Area in Limestone County on one of two special waterfowl hunting days during the 2019-2020 season.
