The Funeral Service for Shirley Bearden Smith, 80, of Harvest, will be Wednesday November 20, 2019 at 2 P.M. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Eric Mattox officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday November 20, 2019 from 12-1:45 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith passed away on Saturday November 16, 2019 at her residence. She was born May 12, 1939 in Jefferson County, AL to Carl and Beatrice Davis Bearden.
She is preceded in to death by her parents; husband Cecil Smith, one son Frank Smith, three daughters Dorothy Smith, Cereasa Colburn, and Hope Mann.
She is survived by one daughter Wanda Brooks of Harvest, AL, one sister Bonnie Flude of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Bubba Brooks, Jason Brooks, John Brooks, CJ Smith, Scott Mann and Chase Colburn.
