Shirley Jean Rogers VonOesen of Waynesboro, TN was born May 11, 1936 in Vancouver, WA, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary Vivian Smith Rogers. Ms VonOesen was a caregiver and a member of the Cornerstone Church in Collinwood, Tennessee.
Ms VonOesen departed this life on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at her home at the age of 77 Years, 10 Months, 8 Days.
She is survived by daughters, Nancy Ray of Waynesboro, TN, Laura Jean Ferguson of Bay Point, CA and Diane Dewey of Blacklick, OH; step-daughter, Roberta Sue Jones of Waynesboro, TN; stepsons, Dale Kriner of Waynesboro, TN and Michael Kriner of Conifer, CO; grandchildren, Daniel Robie, Christina Cummins, and Billy Ray, III; a great-grandchild, Tyler Cummins; and four step-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Ms VonOesen was preceded in death by her companion of over 35 years, Richard Douglas Kriner and a sister, Dorothy Connor.
A memorial visitation will be held at a later date.
