Shirley Faye Ivey, 79, passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 at her residence.  She was born in Tishomingo County, MS to William Edgar and Eunice Ables Gilley.  She worked as a caregiver and was a member of Liberty Church of Christ.

Graveside services will be Sunday, August 16, 5 p.m. at Lindsey Cemetery with David Conley and John Williams officiating.  Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by three children-Zane Bennett (David), Jim Ford (Debbie) and Vernie Ivey; eight grandchildren-Kyle Bennett (Leigha), T.J. Credille (Jennifer), Brian Credille (Megan), Madonna Pruitt (Corey), Keylee Moore, Jordan Ford, Tamera Crumwell and Angela Jeter Dewy; several great-grandchildren and three sisters-Glenda Williams (Wallace), Jenny Johnson (James) and Freida Williford.

She was preceded in death by her husband-Marcus Ivey; her parents; her children-Jerry Credille, Keith Credille and Mark Ivey; her granddaughter-Christian Faith Bennett; one sister-Kathy Gober and one brother-Eddie Gilley.

Pallbearers will be Vance Ramsey, Alan Williams, Mike Thorn, Dustin Farris, Justin Timbs, Jordan Ford and Jay Tate.

A walk through visitation will be Sunday, August, 16, 3:30-4:45 at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS.
