Shirley Dean Taylor age 77, of Baileyton, AL passed away Tues. March 9, 2021, at Marshall Medical Center South. Dean was born on August 23, 1943, in Marshall County, AL the Daughter of Henry Houston and Lessie Maude Jackson Taylor. She worked at Syncro and also SCI during her working years until retiring. She was a member of Roswell Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Dean is survived by her Son: Rodney (Lorie) Banister of Baileyton; Brothers: Randy Taylor of Union Grove and Danny Taylor (Delores Cason) of Holly Pond; Sisters: Carolyn (Jr.) Sloan of Arab, Kathy (Chuck) Teaman of Arab and Rita Taylor of Huntsville; Grandchildren: Kylee (Cameron) Brock of Cullman and Brooklyn (Isaac) Brown of Cullman; Host of Nieces, Nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral Service will be Sat. March 13, 2021, at 2 PM at Lystra Baptist Church with Bro. John Garrison and Bro. Greg Stone, officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Visitation will be at the Church from 12 PM until service time at 2 PM.
