Shirley Catherine Brassart, 79, of Huntsville, passed away Friday.
Mrs. Brassart was a native of Baltimore, MD, a resident of Madison County since 1969 and a member of Lakewood United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Mary Koporec; brother: Daniel Koporec; two grandchildren: Kevin McPherson and Kyle McPherson; and one greatgranddaughter: Charlotte McPherson.
Survivors include her son: Jeffrey Dean (Pam) Brassart; daughter: Valerie (Rod) McPherson; four grandchildren: Erin (Brad) Boswell, Amiee Brassart, Adam (Ashley) McPherson, and Keith (Julie) McPherson; and six great-grandchildren: Claire Boswell, Lily Boswell, Lyla McPherson, Emerson McPherson, Brantley McPherson, and Cheyenne McPherson.
Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m followed by burial at Huntsville Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
