Shirley Ann Plant Justice, age 86, of Trinity, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026, at NHC Hospital.
Ms. Justice was born on March 17, 1939, to James Plant and Rosie Campbell Plant. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and faithfully served her community through her work as a cafeteria worker at Austin High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Justice; her parents, James and Rosie Plant; and her sister, Connie Bone.
She is survived by her three daughters, Cecilia (Jeff) Chenault, Lynnette (Bob) Bolton, and Lea (Paul) Kitchens; her cherished grandchildren, Chase (Emily) Chenault, Calee (Jonathan) Taylor, Ethan (Brandi) Bolton, Heath (Holly) Bolton, Brittany (Michael) Hill, and Kayla (Tyler) Johnson; and twelve great-grandchildren, with another lovingly anticipated.
Graveside services will be held Monday, February 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Midway Memorial Gardens with Brother Greg Burnett officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Trinity Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donation to be made to either Trinity Methodist Church Food Pantry or Hospice of the Valley.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chase Chenault, Ethan Bolton, Heath Bolton, Michael Hill, Tyler Johnson, and Hunter Hill. Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Chenault, Liam Chenault, Jonathan Taylor, Wyatt Taylor, Rowan Morgan, Asher Bolton, Rhett Hill, and Andrew Johnson.
Shirley will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her strong work ethic, and the love she shared with all who knew her.
