Shirley Ann Chambers Quillen, age 76, Russellville, passed away on Friday, May 01, 2015 at ECM Hospital.
Mrs. Quillen was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. She loved being active, and loved especially shopping at yard sales and having her own.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 03, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Mike Morrow. Burial will follow at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Sheppard (husband, Mark); son, Ronald Quillen (wife, Kathryn); grandchildren, Jacob Sheppard, Matthew Sheppard, Connor Quillen; sisters, Bertha Elledge (husband, James), Gail West (husband, Wayne); brother, John Chambers (wife, Margie); and several nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Eugene Quillen; parents, Albert & Lula (Matthews) Chambers; and brother, James Chambers.
The pallbearers will be Bill Thompson, Bob Hamilton, Jerry Oliver, Josh Hester, Timmy Williams, and Charles Rickard.
The family would like to extend a special appreciation to the nurses and staff of ECM ICU for the love and care shown to our mother.
